Legal structure
Willful is a technology platform that facilitates the preparation of wills by qualified, SRA-regulated solicitors. We are applying for Alternative Business Structure (ABS) status with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, which will allow us to offer regulated legal services directly.
Until ABS authorisation is granted, all solicitor reviews are conducted by independent qualified solicitors. Willful does not provide legal advice. The reviewing solicitor will contact you directly if your will raises matters requiring legal advice.
